We can give you an estimate on what it would cost to have your home maintained, no matter if it is a new home or if it is 30 years old.  Free estimates are given within 100 miles of Jefferson City, MO.  Free estimates can be provided for jobs that are farther away if you can send us photographs of the job.  If we have to charge to travel to do an estimate, the cost is refunded from the job at completion.

In addition to your description of what you’re needing done, try to obtain the following information about the structure needed restoration:

• Year built
• Type of wood species
• Manufacturer/source of the wood/logs
• Type of stain or sealant that has been applied in the past
